JAG consists of a group of actuaries with extensive experience working with Watson Wyatt, Towers Perrin, and Mercer. Each of us has worked with a number of large private companies and Fortune-500 firms.



Dan Johnson

Dan has over 20 years of experience serving as a consulting actuary and local resource actuary at Watson Wyatt and Mercer.  He has in-depth knowledge of pension administration and experience with a number of Fortune 1000 or equivalent corporations.

He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), an Enrolled Actuary (EA) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).  He graduated summa cum laude from Drake University where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, double majoring in Accounting and Actuarial Science. 



Thomas J. Holm

Tom Holm has been a consultant on retirement plans for over 30 years.  Most of his career has been with large consulting firms and he most recently held the role of Senior Actuary for the Upper Midwest offices of Towers Perrin.  He is experienced in the design, cost analysis and administration of employee benefit plans.

Tom has worked with large employers in the Twin Cities and throughout the Upper Midwest.  He has designed, implemented and consulted on various types of qualified and nonqualified pension plans, including traditional defined benefit plans, hybrid plans and defined contribution plans.

Tom received a B.S. degree in mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.  He is an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.



Kathy Duwenhoegger

Kathy has over 10 years of actuarial consulting experience specializing on retirement plans for major clients.  Kathy and Dan worked together closely at Watson Wyatt.  Kathy's intelligent, knowledgeable, thorough and hardworking -- one of the finest consultants you will ever work with. 

While attending North Dakota State University, Kathy earned a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Statistics as well as a Bachelors of Science in Economics.
